MediaVue Systems

I joined the team at MediaVue in January 2019 as a “marketing designer.”
My first tasks were to create new sales pitch presentations and product information sheets for the company.
My responsibilities soon grew as we developed more of a “digital first” marketing program.

In October 2019, I was promoted to Marketing Director. Redesigning the MediaVue website became my primary objective and was the first project I took on. Our small but mighty team of two spent about 5 months working on it and we went live in February 2020.
At MediaVue, I developed a completely digital-first marketing strategy focused about driving traffic to our website. I have been utilizing an “omni-channel” strategy to bring folks in through LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, and email marketing to drive traffic to the site. So far we have seen a 30 percent increase in web traffic over the past 2 weeks since the site was launched.
Implementing new software and communication tools has been fundamental for our team this year. We started using HubSpot as our CRM and have collected tons of valuable data just using the free products. We also implemented Hot Jar to see heat maps of users interacting with the website. That tool helps us understand the user journey and consistently improve the user experience.

I also took the introductory course on Google Analytics to understand our website traffic with their tools. It has been so helpful for tracking conversions and understanding where our users are coming from.
